Description
"Leadership and Communication" is an introductory course designed to empower participants with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to excel in leadership roles within various organizational contexts. The course explores key theoretical frameworks and empirical research on leadership and communication, drawing from a range of fields and disciplines. It further equips participants with the tools to develop professional competencies, a critical approach to leadership communication, and self-reflection on personal communication practices and leadership styles.
